A Bit About Justin
Justin sees counseling as a process of shifting from a worn-out life script to one you want to live now. Have you been plagued by recurring unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that reinforce a critical daily narrative? Have you gotten to a point where you often feel helpless and dissatisfied with your life trajectory? Have you struggled with guilt or shame over your life choices? Many of Justin's clients unconsciously endorse a deeply-held personal narrative that results in persistent, ineffective patterns of behavior designed to protect and preserve, but that maintain or even increase their long-term suffering.
If you have been wrestling with escaping the past and creating a different future, but end up with little to show for all your efforts. The tools to accept your experiences, identify what is most important to you, and move forward with direction and purpose are available. Justin helps show clients these tools to "unhook" from unproductive actions and live well.
Justin believes it's not his job to fix you but to get you unstuck from what isn't working. There is a way to move forward with a value-aligned purpose that is effective, flexible, and creates the life you crave. Please contact Justin to begin your heroic journey of self-discovery and transformation
Justin is an associate level professional who is working towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. He is currently working under the clinical supervision of Bradley Jones, LPC, CPCS.
