Anne LeRoy, MA, LAPC

We are excited to announce that Anna is seeing clients at our new Cartersville location! This location can be found at 25 Maple Ridge Drive, Suite C, Cartersville, GA 30121. Anna is actively accepting clients for Sundays at the Cartersville office and virtually on Monday evenings.

Anna is an Associate Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She works with children, adolescents, and adults and is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can experience healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. 

​

Anna's clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing trauma, grief/loss, relationship concerns, adjustment issues, life transitions, and neurodevelopmental differences. She has experience providing play therapy and parent consultations, as well as supporting adolescents and adults navigating relationship dynamics, family changes, and other life stressors. Her therapeutic approach incorporates play therapy, sandtray, art therapy, and walk-and-talk therapy based on the individual needs of each client. Before transitioning to the counseling field, Anna worked in the corporate world at several large companies, including Shaw Industries, RaceTrac, and The Home Depot.

Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Leadership from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. She also obtained a certificate in Child and Adolescent Therapy with an emphasis in play therapy.

She is currently working towards the designation of LPC and Registered Play Therapist under the clinical supervision of Trudy Post Sprunk, LPC000365 & MFT000158
